The PCYC is a leading youth facility, providing innovative, relevant activities, in an environment that fosters youth participation. The PCYC promotes the following -

  • The PCYC values underpin every project, task or endeavour of the PCYC. It is the responsibility of all staff, volunteers and members to uphold these values.

    • Respect - Appreciating the positive actions people take, and accepting people as individuals who are treated fairly and with integrity.
    • Self-Respect - Having respect for oneself, appreciating the value of being individual and recognising ones potential to contribute to society.
    • Excellence - Involves adopting approaches that seek constant improvement in all tasks and in the quality of services provided at the PCYC.
